Betta Fish Breeding

Once you are ready to breed the betta fish, it is best to separate betta fish breeding pair into a different tank setup with some dry indian almond leaves and some water plants.
As the fish breeding process commences the male will start making a nest of bubbles to place the eggs. The breeding pair of betta fishes embrace in such a way where the male will withdraw the eggs from the female fish stomach.
The male accumulates the falling eggs in his mouth, coats them with salivation and painstakingly "spits" them into nest of bubbles. The female will likewise partake in putting the eggs in the home, yet soon the male will pursue her away and watch over the brood himself.
It's best to remove the female fish once a betta fish breeding is complete where all the eggs placed in the bubble nest, Otherwise the male will attack and injure the female fish seriously.
